Does anyone know how to remove the amber in the headlights? I am aware it is illegal and that I have to remove the whole bumperguard but is the headlight factory sealed or are there clips or screws?

The headlights are sealed with some kind of butyl rubber. You would have to bake them in the oven to open them up.

the 2005-2007 Ford Escape Dual Halo w/LED Light Projector Headlights - Black light assembly I used has an amber reflector built in on the inside of the turn signal bulb, but otherwise crystal clear outer lens. to make it legal I just use an amber turn signal bulb.
