Suggestions for this Sub-Forum

Just a friendly suggestion for this sub-forum...

I think if pictures of other people's vehicles are going to be posted, they should be required to have any personal info blocked out or blurred (e.g. license plates), as it's private information and we should respect others, especially those who might not have joined our framily yet.

Maybe a forum-wide rule for other sub-forums that involve pics of other's Es?

This thread dealt with showing your own plate.

Do need to revisit the topic for showing other's plates. When I took pics for Escapes Attract for example, I always chose angles that did NOT show plates.

I understand the point of the OP and I always block my own plates and try to do the same for others if I take pictures and post them, but since when are plates private? They hang on the outside of your car, everyone can see them. Even if you have a plate number I don't think it's that easy to identify the owner unless you're law enforcement with access to that info :shrug:
