Low beam headlights

I have a 2017 Escape Titanium and my low beams quit working my high work fine as do my side marker lights they are on when it is on the low beams just no low beam lights. Both low beam headlights were replaced not even a month ago. Thanks for any help.

Halogen projector or HID projector? I don't know of any known issues with either, I expect my halogen projectors to continue to work for many more years in my 2017, it is just a normal H11.

Must not be HID, since HID is "bi-xenon" and the inner bulb is a cornering lamp, they turn on per side when turn signal is on or steering wheel is turned.

The high and low beams are the same bulb, just when you go to high beams it raises the gate that gives you that cut off.

Were they replaced with the correct bulbs or were you attempting some sort of conversion?
