Powered amp install question

2009 Escape

I have a pioneer powered sub I am looking to install. It accepts both high level and low level input.
Can I access the signal wires located in the cargo area? There looks to be a speaker with an amp already there.

I'm planning on buying a 8in 200watt powered sub. My question is where is everybody running the power wire to for amp installs on the c?
