Not sure what generation you have, but a Gen 2 16 inch wheel is 16x7 with 45mm of offset (and a much smaller hub bore, so that would fit, you might want to do hub bore adapters...).
A 16x7 with 45 offset has 5.77 inches of backspacing, and 2.23 front spacing.
A 16x7 with 0 offset has 4 inches of backspacing and 4 inches of from spacing, so you can see what 1.75 inches more of a wheel sticking out would look like.
That wheel you show is a RWD offset, likely 0 as you state.
