Signature pictures

OK signature gurus....
I went to set a new sig pic, got it all cropped and trimmed to the allowable size, and onto my photo share server (picasa), and into the signature, and went to preview it, and I got this message:
"It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image."
So I tried my old sig pic (the one I used before May when we started promoting the meet, same result.
Any suggetions?

I googled your error message and found you maybe linking to the web page. Instead, you need to link directly to the image. If you PM me link to the image you want to use, I will try to figure it out.

Yes, there are size limitations for signature pictures. Welcome to the City!!!

They are found in the Rules of Conduct. I have copied the applicable portion here.

D3. Please do not create signatures larger than 640 pixels wide and/or 300 pixels tall, including all pictures and text (as rendered by most browsers). Users with signatures wider or higher than these limits will be asked to modify their signatures.

Seem to be having a problem uploading a signature pic. I resized a photo and tried hosting it through flickr. When I put the image tags on the photo link it tells me it's unable to determine the size of my pic? Right now it's 500 wide by 300 tall, or just the opposite. I followed the guidelines in the first post, so everything should be good. Does this site not recognize flickr images?

I think you are all good, maybe it is a temporary problem, maybe try later.
