Well, sort of. The wiring is slightly different from models that have no factory tweeters.

The factory tweeters have four terminals. When the tweeters are installed from the factory, the front speaker wiring runs to the tweeters first, not to the door speakers. This powers the tweeters and a small built-in crossover. The other two tweeter terminals then power the front door speakers.

If you have the 4-speaker system and you need the VSS (speed sensor) wire, you should be able to find it at Pin 18 on the C260 GEM connector, inside the kick panel on the driver side. It's a GRAY with BLACK STRIPE wire.

For anyone still interested I was upgrading speakers and took a close look at the sail tweeters and the passive circuit is a first order two way crossover with a 47uF cap in line with the tweeter and an unmarked inductor in line with the woofer. Both factory speakers are 4 ohm impedance so based on the 47uF cap that puts the crossover frequency at around 1KHz.
