I have a 2010 Mariner Base 2.5L 4WD.
A week ago I replaced my battery, the old battery was 6 years old and wasn't holding charge.
Once I installed the new battery, within 12 hour period the Battery Light came on. The light just stays on it doesn't blink,
I've had the Battery and Altenator tested over at O'reilly and Autozone and both were within normal limits. I even swapped the battery ( battery is 4 months old ) from my Escape but the light is still on.
I went thru all the fuses in the Engine and Interior compartments and they were ok.
No idea what the problem might be.
